Summary

Peyronie’s Disease (PD) is characterized by an abnormal curvature of the penis, usually as a result of injury or some other health condition. The scar tissue (plaque) that develops inside the penis can then cause varying levels of bend that can result in issues with sexual intercourse, self-confidence, sexual satisfaction, and occasionally pain for the man or his partner.
